1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.1) Shipping cost AUD $5 within Australia
2.2) Estimated delivery: two weeks

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
We can ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that some services like Express shipping may not be available for P.O. box addresses.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As the purchaser, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs Fees: Any customs, import duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict what these charges may be.
Value of Goods: We are required by law to state the correct value of the goods on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or understate the value.
6. Shipping Delays
Sometimes, delivery can be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as:
Severe weather conditions
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping address
Customs hold-ups

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MLAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided and the date of delivery. If you have any queries, you must contact your local post office or the relevant carrier with your tracking number.
