The K7-325T and K7-410T core boards are identical in terms of peripheral components, with the only difference being the main FPGA chip. The specific resources of the K7-325T and K7-410T core boards are as follows:
-The main FPGA chip uses the Xilinx Kintex-7 series. The K7-325T core board uses the XC7K325TFFG900-2I FPGA, which features up to 326K logic cells and 16Mbit of BRAM. The K7-410T core board uses the XC7K410TFFG900-2I FPGA, which features up to 406K logic cells and 28.6Mbit of BRAM.
-4 DDR3 SDRAM chips, model NT5CC256M16, each with 4Gbit capacity, totaling 16Gbit (2GB).
-1 QSPI FLASH, model N25Q128, capacity: 128Mbit (16MB).
-1 Crystal Oscillator: 100MHz, providing a differential clock to the FPGA.
-1 Power Indicator.
-1 Configuration Done Indicator (DONE LED).
