The MPSoC-P5B 3EG, MPSoC-P5B 4EV, and MPSoC-P5B 5EV core boards share identical peripheral configurations, with the only difference being the main MPSoC chip. The detailed resources of these core boards are as follows:
- The main onboard controller is from Xilinx's MPSoC UltraScale+ family:
> The 3EG core board uses the xczu3eg-sfvc784-2i, featuring 154K PL logic cells and 9.4 Mbit total RAM.
> The 4EV core board uses the xczu4ev-sfvc784-2i, featuring 192K PL logic cells and 20.6 Mbit total RAM.
> The 5EV core board uses the xczu5ev-sfvc784-2i, featuring 256K PL logic cells and 26.6 Mbit total RAM.
All three MPSoC variants (3EG, 4EV, 5EV) integrate a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 MPCore (APU), a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5F MPCore (RPU) up to 500MHz, and an Arm Mali-400 MP2 (GPU) up to 600MHz. The speed grade for all core board chips is "-2".
