Product Overview

1. Overview
The KE2041 Keyes Brick HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor is a sensor module used for distance measurement. It calculates the distance to an object by emitting ultrasonic waves and measuring the time taken for the signal to return, making it suitable for various ranging and obstacle avoidance applications. The module comes with a 2.54mm pitch white anti-reverse connector, ensuring reliable and safe connections.

This module can read distance data via a microcontroller, allowing users to process the data as needed. It is compatible with various microcontroller boards, such as those in the Arduino series, and can be easily connected to other devices during use.

2. Specifications
- Operating Voltage: DC 5V
- Measuring Range: 2cm - 400cm
- Measurement Accuracy: ±3mm
- Interface: 4-pin anti-reverse interface with 2.54mm pitch
- Dimensions: 45mm x 20mm x 15mm
- Weight: 15g

3. Features
- **High Precision:** Capable of accurate distance measurement, suitable for various applications.
- **Anti-Reverse Design:** Features a white anti-reverse connector to prevent damage caused by incorrect insertion, ensuring long-term stability.
- **Modular Design:** Includes solder pad holes for easy soldering and connections, ideal for DIY projects and rapid prototyping.
- **Strong Compatibility:** Can be used with development boards such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, making it easy to integrate into various projects.
- **Low Power Consumption:** Operates with low power consumption under normal working conditions, suitable for prolonged use.

4. Working Principle
The HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor measures distance by emitting ultrasonic pulses and receiving the returned signals. The sensor sends out an ultrasonic pulse, calculates the time taken from emission to reception, and then computes the distance based on the speed of sound.

5. Interface
- **VCC:** Connect to the positive power supply (5V).
- **GND:** Connect to the negative power supply (GND).
- **TRIG:** Trigger pin, used to emit ultrasonic waves.
- **ECHO:** Echo pin, used to receive the returned signal.
